By using Cardstock you agree to these terms. They're meant to be readable, not to trap you — the short version is: it's a free research tool, not financial advice, and it's provided as-is.

What Cardstock is

Cardstock helps you track the market value of your Magic: The Gathering collection and surfaces experimental reprint/ban risk signals. It is a research and tracking tool — not financial, investment, or trading advice. Prices and signals can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. Any buy/sell decisions are entirely your own.

Your account

Cardstock has no passwords: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to your email account secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for the activity under your account. The collection data you add is yours; you can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

• Use Cardstock for your own personal collection tracking.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or access accounts that aren't yours.

Card data & intellectual property

Magic: The Gathering and all related names, symbols, and card content are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast. Cardstock is unofficial fan content and is not produced, endorsed, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. Card names, images, and metadata are provided by Scryfall and MTGJSON under their respective terms. We never charge for access to card data itself.

No warranty

Cardstock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of prices, valuations, or risk signals, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardstock and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including trading or collection decisions made using the app — arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You can stop using Cardstock and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
